We continue to grow our business, and are seeking a motivated, qualified accountant who is keen to work in a positive, team-orientated culture. You need to be able to work independently and help look after clients across a wide range of businesses and structures. This position is full-time.
Working closely with the Directors and Client Managers, you will have a strong focus on achieving the best outcomes for your clients. You will be skilled in preparing year-end accounts and tax returns, understanding GST and CGT, identifying and solving tax issues, and prepared to help advise clients in business growth opportunities.
What We’re Looking For:
You have:
📅 Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an Australian CA/CPA firm
💼 Business Services and Tax experience
🖥️ Proficiency in Xero and MYOB
🎓 CA/CPA qualification or are working towards it
🔍 A self-motivated, detail-oriented attitude
🌱 Enthusiasm and a desire to grow within our business
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
💰 Preparation of financial statements and tax compliance
🧠 Identifying tax planning opportunities
📈 Working on tax issues, including GST and CGT
👩💼 Assisting Directors and Client Managers
